How is Impact Partners different from IIX's other platform, Impact Exchange ? [top]

Impact Partners is IIX's private platform connecting accredited impact investors with a select group of pre-screened IEs that have proven positive social and/or environmental impact. Impact Partners focuses on profiling IEs seeking to raise capital through a private transaction.

Impact Exchange enables mature IEs to raise capital by issuing securities to a broader group of investors on a public platform that will facilitate trading in listed securities on a regulated stock exchange. It provides exposure to a global base of impact investors looking for transparent and liquid investment opportunities. If you would like to know more about Impact Exchange, please contact us .
